Still, the story is sweet, even if predictable; the cast does their best, even if it means a little too much drama where no additional show of emotions is really called for; and, hey, it’s a Disney – must have a happy-ever-after...
The film stars a very likable Jon Hamm as J.B. Bernstein, Bill Paxton as pitching coach Tom House, Suraj Sharma as Singh, Madhur Mittal as Patel, and the never-gets-too-old, one of my all time favorites: Alan Arkin!
