Enough Said is a sweet romantic comedy, written and directed by Nicole Holofcener and starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus and James Gandolfini. The plotline is quite simple: a divorced woman (Louis-Dreyfus) meets a divorced guy (Gandolfini) while also befriending a new girlfriend (Catherine Keener) who, unbeknownst to her, happens to be her new boyfriend's ex. But what makes Enough Said work so well is not a surprising plot twist but rather a sharp yet authentically-written script, and wonderful delivery and chemistry between the main characters. It is a reminder that relationships are composed not necessarily by larger than life decisions but quite often by the small details that makes us like or distaste another person. I can go on and on, calling it delightful, fluffy yet layered, but then again, enough said...
