2 Guns is a shoot-them-all action comedy film directed by Baltasar Kormákur to a screenplay by Blake Masters, starring Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg. It is based on a graphic novel series of the same title published by Boom! Studios.
Formulaic in its storyline and thus quite expected in its handful of plot twists, 2 Guns is still a lot of fun to watch. Well-paced and enjoying good chemistry between its magnetic lead roles, it serves as an explosive dish of summer fun, especially if you are up for some mindless loud action.
