...is actually a crude charmer of a romantic comedy. When the film first came out I wrote it off and didn’t bother to go see it. But later I had a chance to see it on TV at some hotel where I was staying overnight, and then again at some other forced occasion, and I must admit I enjoyed it... There is something very sweet about this film, which starts as somewhat of a guys’-night-out comedy, and ends up as a chick-flick. The film is actually a close four-star, but I couldn’t bring myself to put rate it at the same level as some other four-star films. So if you are in the mood for a romantic comedy that will satisfy most guys and their dates as well (or vs. verse), this is a good choice.
