Is a meditative piece on our planet’s oceans, their surface and depth. Rather than following a traditional narrative, the filmmakers chose to create associative links between various scenarios, allowing visuals and situations to stretch and play out. With music that is mostly well-selected, and minimal narration (even less would have been wiser), the filmmakers allow the imagery to tell its own story, making this documentary quite exceptional. Recommended for wildlife, sea and scuba lovers. The G rating may be misleading as with the several bloody scenes (killer whales etc), young children may be disturbed.
