This police parody is one hour too long and suffers from unevenness as well as thin plot and poor pacing. Only reason I am giving it an extra star, over the two it deserves, is because on occasion it shines with hilarious dialogues. It may be the shortest review I have written in a long while but I really have nothing to add...
